Boots & Skincare Haul

I had a bit of a splurge on Monday and picked up a few things I had been eyeing up for a while.

N.Spa Illuminating Beauty Serum - I was given this in a gift set for my Secret Santa and I really enjoyed using it. I saw ASDA had 3 for £10 which is such a steal because all three of the items I bought should have been £20. If you like N.Spa, get yourself to Asda and stock up.

N.Spa Melting Cleansing Gel - This was part of the gift set to and I have to say I love this. The texture is light, it smells absolutely beautiful, and it dissolves make up in seconds. I highly recommend this one!

Real Techniques miracle complexion sponge - Currently 3 for 2 right now, I succumbed to the hype and bought this. I've never used a beauty blender and haven't tried it yet but I have high hopes!

Revlon Colourburst Laquerbalm in Demure - Also in the 3 for 2 promo, I've always wanted to find a balm like this that actually works for me, and I think I have. This is a subtle glossy pink, and the minty taste is gorgeous!

Revlon Photoready Cream Blush in Flushed - I have the coral offering of this and I love a bright pink cheek so I picked this up. Worth noting this is also 3 for 2.

Bare Minerals Marvelous Mozie Lipgloss in Heartbreaker - This limited edition gloss comes beautifully packaged with rose gold accents and the colour is gorgeous. A soft pink that give you a 'my lips but better' look. Love this, and its cooling and tingly on the lips. The other gloss is a Buxom Gloss in Bunny, but it's currently unavailable in the UK, I got mine from the US!

N.Spa Deep Hydrating Facial Oil - This was part of the ASDA offer, and I hadn't tried this one before, as it wasn't in the gift set. I've used this once and absolutely loved it. Light, smells beautiful, and my skin felt great after.

Thanks for stopping by!

New Bedroom

So one of my 2014 resolutions was to re-decorate my bedroom. To give you a sense of how it looked before, it was a deep purple with a sheer silver overlay. It was dark and I wanted to brighten the place up and add a bit of a girly touch. I think I succeeded!

Although it is just starting to come together, I don't like to rush these kinds of things and like to pick things up when I really fall in love with something. So here's just a snippet of how it looks so far. I am absolutely loving it. The colour on the walls is Dulux light and space in Lagoon Falls. It's just gorgeous!
